The Highland Park 10 Year Old – Ambassador’s Choice is a special release personally selected by the Highland Park ambassador, showcasing the signature Orkney character with a refined cask composition. Matured in 70% bourbon barrels and 30% oloroso sherry casks, this expression offers a perfect balance of sweetness, smoke, and complexity.

Nose

Fresh citrus, vanilla, green apple, and gentle heathery smoke. The sherry casks bring subtle notes of raisins and warm spices.

Palate

Sweet malt, honey, vanilla, and aromatic heather. The sherry influence adds layers of dried fruits, cinnamon, and a soft nutty tone. The classic Orkney smoke is present but elegant.

Finish

Medium-long with lingering smoke, oak spice, and touches of toffee.
