FG 23 Flemish Gin Book of Distillation Giftbox + Glass
€65,00
Steuern inklusive.
The gift box takes the form of an old encyclopedia and references the "Book of Distillation," which holds the secrets of the Master Distiller.
The book represents the ancient art of distillation. Centuries ago, alchemists described how they made the first Aqua Juniperi, now known as gin or juniper berry.
The "Book of Distillation" is one of the four arcane symbols found both on the label of FG 23 and inside the box. Along with the other three symbols, this book forms the basis of the origin story of Flemish Gin 23. It begins with the Masked Saint Martin, the patron saint of Aalst, the city that has been home to our distillery for over a century. The mask symbolizes our carnival tradition and the playful character of our brand. The second symbol is the Erlenmeyer flask, a container widely used by the Master Distiller. The Eye of Providence, or the "omniscient eye," symbolizes the creator who has closely watched the distillation process for generations.
The Leo Botanicus is featured on the outside of the gift box. Its mane is illustrated with the plants used in the gin recipe. The copper leaf pattern on the gift box gives the impression of a very old encyclopedia. The book is reusable as a storage box.
Open the book and discover Flemish Gin 23, an authentic product from the birthplace of gin.
