At the time of our establishment in 1894, we were considered the perfect embodiment of a modern distillery. 125 years later, that picture of the past is still present, thanks to John Morrison’s pioneering spirit. The methods used to make anCnoc have hardly changed in over 100 years, and ironically it's these traditional techniques which help to create the distinctive, modern flavour.
