Taste and smell explosions. Obvious amplitudes and extraordinary length in the mouth.
Immediate fresh apple on the first nose, even granny apple, then accomplished noses where we discover the first rancid and mushroom noses (autumnal side and undergrowth). Good balance, no bitterness and acidity. Eau de vie slightly marked by aromas of tarte tatin. The nose and mouth gradually reveal Madeira aromas. Very nice calvados.
