Delivery and Delivery Time
Orders are delivered as soon as possible. The delivery times indicated on the website are estimates only and do not constitute binding deadlines.
MARY PITSY LEON & PARTNERS Comm.V- dept. DONNAN MCBAIN & WEALY WORKS may provide additional information regarding delivery times on the website or through other written communications. Such information is indicative only.
In the event of late delivery, the buyer may formally notify MARY PITSY LEON & PARTNERS Comm.V - dept. DONNAN MCBAIN & WEALY WORKS by registered letter. The company will then be granted an additional reasonable period of at least 14 days to fulfil the delivery, where permitted by applicable law.
If delivery is not completed within this additional period, the buyer may cancel the contract in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Any delivery delays will be communicated to the buyer by email or telephone.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer when placing the order.
MARY PITSY LEON & PARTNERS Comm.V - dept. DONNAN MCBAIN & WEALY WORKS arranges delivery through courier services, postal services or another delivery method selected by the company. Orders will only be dispatched after payment has been received.
MARY PITSY LEON & PARTNERS Comm.V- dept. DONNAN MCBAIN & WEALY WORKS reserves the right to deliver orders in separate shipments. Any additional shipping costs resulting from partial deliveries initiated by the company will be borne by MARY PITSY LEON & PARTNERS Comm.V - dept. DONNAN MCBAIN & WEALY WORKS.
