Writers 'Tears is distilled, matured and bottled for Walsh Whisky Distillery Ltd'. The Walsh Whisky Distillery was only founded in 2016 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. He did this with the fortune they made with their famous Irishman Irish, a blend specially made to make Irish Coffee (and later followed by Hot Irishman Irish Coffee liqueur). It will be some time before they can release their own distilled whisky. Nose: Lots of honey and oranges, followed by juicy pear and cranberries. Taste: It is much more pronounced in the mouth and quite spicy! Red berries, vanilla and oranges are wrapped in a spicy jacket of tattooed oak, black pepper and nutmeg. It even becomes a bit sharp. Orange peel takes the lead. The aftertaste is warm - actually spicy hot - but rather short. Upon death the spices fade away and are replaced by bittersweet oranges.
