Tullibardine Sovereign was aged in 'first-fill' bourbon casks before being bottled. Nose: vanilla, cocoa, chocolate, allspice and oak. Flavour: pear juice combined with zest from various fruits. Further notes of allspice and creamy chocolate. The whisky is very full and thick in flavour. Finish: spicy, creamy, lots of vanilla and cinnamon.
