Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Finish

€50,00
Tax included.

Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Finish is a distinctive Highland single malt Scotch whisky that combines Tullibardine's elegant house style with the rich influence of Burgundy wine casks.

The whisky is initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before receiving additional maturation in 228-litre Burgundy wine barriques. The number 228 in its name refers directly to the capacity of these casks.

Burgundy Wine Cask Influence

The nose offers attractive aromas of red berries, vanilla and sweet malt, complemented by subtle chocolate and oak.

On the palate, the Burgundy casks introduce ripe red-fruit flavours alongside creamy vanilla, malt, spice and gentle chocolate notes. The wine influence provides additional richness while retaining the underlying character of the Tullibardine spirit.

The finish is warming and fruity, with lingering spice and oak.

A Different Side of Highland Whisky

Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Finish is an excellent choice for whisky enthusiasts interested in wine-cask finishes. It can be enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to explore its fruity character.
