Mezcal Nucano Joven

Mezcal Nucano Joven is a young Mexican mezcal that showcases the expressive character of agave without extended wood maturation.

“Joven” means young, allowing the flavours created during agave preparation, fermentation and distillation to remain at the heart of the spirit.

Agave, Smoke and Earthy Complexity

The nose offers roasted agave, smoke and herbal aromas, accompanied by earthy and subtly fruity nuances.

On the palate, the smoky character is balanced by cooked agave sweetness, herbs and spice. The result is complex and distinctive, with a lingering smoky finish.

Enjoy Mezcal Nucano Joven neat in small sips to explore its agave character, or use it to bring an authentic smoky dimension to mezcal cocktails.
