Ginetical The Royal Edition is a Belgian gin that was brought to life thanks to 12 botanicals. One of the herbs is gale. Ginetical gin is a fine Mediterranean gin with notes of laurel, anise and pepper as well as fruit and honey. The aftertaste is pure and soft with a hint of soft liquorice. You can of course enjoy this gin pure with some ice and a zest of lemon or with a neutral tonic of high quality. Serve with ice and finish with a sprig of rosemary. The medieval herb gagel was used for various beer preparations. Gagel fell into disuse after the 16th century with the advent of hops and is therefore difficult to find in certain wooded areas, where it is collected by forest rangers. Together with the other botanicals, it provides a soft but spicy gin.
