Auchroisk 10 Year is a beautiful whisky with a golden colour and delicious aromas on the nose. Namely sweet and fresh aromas courtesy of almonds, dried marzipan and dark chocolate. On the palate, it has a light and fresh taste with a lovely sweetness at the beginning. The aftertaste is something you would not have expected at all with its aromas and flavours. Indeed, it is surprisingly somewhat drying and quite short, but perfectly balanced.
