Distillery was closed between 1986 and 2008/9. Glenglassaugh single malts from before 1986 are very rare with the majority of their output going in blends like Cutty Sark and The Famous Grouse. This 22 year old malt has a taut, smooth texture and a mature slightly fruity and creamy flavour.
