Gonzalez Byass Sherry Nectar Pedro Ximenez

González Byass Nectar Pedro Ximénez is an intensely sweet Spanish sherry made from Pedro Ximénez grapes. Rich, dark and concentrated, it is an excellent example of the luxurious dessert-wine style for which PX sherry is famous.

Rich, Sweet and Intensely Fruity

The nose is packed with raisins, dried figs and dates, accompanied by caramel and other rich sweet aromas.

On the palate, Nectar Pedro Ximénez is full-bodied and velvety, with concentrated dried-fruit sweetness and layers of raisin, fig, caramel and subtle spice. Despite its intensity, the wine retains enough balance to remain beautifully expressive.

A Classic Dessert Sherry

Serve slightly chilled after dinner, either on its own or alongside chocolate desserts, vanilla ice cream or blue cheese. A small amount poured over vanilla ice cream also makes a wonderfully simple dessert.
