A Louisiana spiced rum inspired by Creole baking traditions. A special blend of Creole baker's herbs is put into Bayou's rum for up to 30 days, resulting in a spirit with sweet cinnamon and banana aromas, followed by flavors of allspice, cloves, pepper, maple and many more bananas.
