Mezcal Nucano Joven Espadin is distilled by Don Carlos in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. They carefully select 8-year-old agaves that are, of course, harvested and processed entirely by hand. So this Joven Nucano Mezcal is made from the Espadin agave and is produced completely artisanally with love for the craft and you can taste it. A correct smoky first impression with pleasantly soft floral notes and, as befits a mezcal, harmoniously complex in the aftertaste. A perfect starter and ideal for eventual inclusion in fine cocktails with the necessary acidity. Nucano Joven won silver in 2016 at The National Contest of Mezcals!
