Silkie the legendary Irish whiskey

€46,90
Tax included.

Silkie – The Legendary Irish Whiskey is inspired by the ancient Irish folklore of the Silkies — mystical seal creatures said to transform into humans along the rugged coast of Donegal. This whiskey reflects its coastal heritage with a smooth, slightly smoky profile that remains unmistakably Irish in character.
Crafted from a carefully selected blend of Irish whiskeys and matured in both bourbon and sherry casks, Silkie delivers gentle smoke, sweet malt, orchard fruit, and subtle spice. Bottled at 46% ABV, it offers enhanced flavour and texture while remaining approachable and well balanced.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Soft smoke, honeyed malt, green apple, vanilla, toasted oak, and light coastal freshness.

Palate: Smooth and rounded with flavours of gentle peat smoke, sweet barley, caramel, orchard fruit, sherry richness, and warming spice. Elegant and lightly maritime.

Finish: Medium-long, clean, and warming with lingering soft smoke, malt sweetness, and subtle oak spice.
