The Oliver & Oliver company is known for being quite experimental with their use of casks. This 15 year old solera rum is a great example of that, seeing as it was finished in casks which previously held fine Portuguese port wine. Bottled in 2015 at a substantially higher strength than usual (43% ABV) with no more than 5000 bottles in total, this rum is a rare treat.
