Cotswolds Dry Gin is handmade and distilled in small batches to create a smooth London Dry style gin, but with the real Cotswolds twist. They have blended a unique blend of botanicals with the purest grain alcohol, then had the drink distilled in copper Holstein pot stills. This allows the gin to undergo a long maceration and slow distillation, creating a beautiful, perfectly balanced gin of the finest quality. On the nose, you will experience delicious, fresh citrus notes of grapefruit along with coriander and sweet, floral juniper berries. Gentle notes of crushed, black pepper and perfumed Cotswolds lavender. On the palate, you taste flavours of spices and pine cones, followed by grapefruit and coriander seeds. You also encounter black pepper again, with a dry hint of angelica root. Light mineral and eucalyptus notes conclude, along with notes of lime and lavender. The finish is delicious and balanced. Juniper berries, citrus, cardamom and cooling notes linger on the palate.
