From a mysterious loch
Named ‘World Whisky of the Year’ in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2009. Ardbeg Uigeadail (pronounced Oog-a-dal) takes its name from the mysterious loch which supplies the peat-laden water used to make Ardbeg. Bottled at non-chill-filtered.

The Octomore 10 Years Single Malt Second Limited Edition belongs to the famous brand of the Bruichladdich distillery on the Scottish island of Islay. An international fan base is gathering around this brand, which is one of the most peated whiskies in the world. The Octomore 10 Year Old Single Malt Second Limited Edition comes with 167 ppm and – in contrast to a number of other bottles of this brand – is also provided with a rather high age specification.
The guaranteed maturation period of 10 years also explains the higher price in this case. Another reason may be the limitation to 18,000 bottles, which are individually numbered. This bottle is one of the coveted collector’s bottles that an Octomore fan should put on the shelf in good time.

From Dusk till Dawn
Islay’s oldest working distillery, Bowmore was established in 1779 and is now regarded as one of the most popular malts not only on Islay, but in the whole of Scotland. The distillery was acquired by Stanley P. Morrison in 1963, ushering in an era of iconic single malts, including the legendary Black Bowmore, credited by many as the genesis of whisky collecting, bottled in 1995. The distillery was bought under the control Suntory the year prior (they had been stakeholders since 1989), and it remains one of the most collectible brands in Scotch whisky today. Bowmore is one of the few remaining Scottish distilleries to use its own floor maltings, providing them with 40% of their requirements.
This is a smart presentation set of three different 20cl expressions from the distillery. It includes...
Bowmore Dusk Bordeaux Wine Cask 50% 20cl
Bowmore Dawn Port Cask 51.5% 20cl
Bowmore Darkest 43% 20cl

A black bottle on black friday?
Springbank 12 Year Old Decanter 1980s
Springbank distillery has been owned and operated by the Mitchell family in Campbeltown since 1837, and it one of Scotland's most revered distilleries. Following a brief mothballing between 1979 and 1987, upon the reopening the decision was taken to cease all sales to the blending industry and focus on its single malt sales. Today it is the only distillery to malt, distil, bottle and mature whisky on the same site, and produces three distinct and highly prized single malts.
A classic Springbank, this 12 year old was released in a black branded flagon decanter.

Glenrothes John Ramsay
We opened our Glenrohtes Vault "from before... a certain spirits CY took over.." A very special whisky from Glenrothes, named for their outgoing malt master John Ramsay. This whisky is the best of the best; John selected twenty second fill American oak casks and vatted them into sherry butts. A further two were selected from there and were vatted, and reduced to 46.7 to provide this superb bottling. It's a perfect tribute, and a truly delicious Glenrothes.

Some sunshine in a bottle, during these darker days?
Caribbean Cask has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum.
To create the ideal finish Malt Master David Stewart, filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums.
When he judged the casks to be ready, the rum was replaced with the 14 year old spirit and the wood was put to work adding the final touches.
The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

In the mood for some Glen Garioch
One of the oldest operating distilleries in Scotland – and its most easterly – Glen Garioch (pronounced Geery in the ancient Doric dialect still spoken in these parts) has been making its mighty malt in the quaint and historic market town of Oldmeldrum, near Aberdeen in North East Scotland, ever since 1797. Shielded from the world’s prying eyes, deep in the fertile ‘Granary of Aberdeenshire’, and only ever produced in small, precious batches, Glen Garioch is a rare find indeed, but warmly appreciated by those who like a hearty Highland malt, non chill-filtered as nature intended, with a wholesome maltiness, honeyed sweetness and delicious creamy texture to savour.

Going for a classic weekend?
Bruichladdich's signature bottling is made with 100% Scottish barley. Created by Jim McEwan matured in American oak casks alongside Lochindaal, and chosen to represent the classic, unpeated distillery style.

From the Kinsman or is it the Kingsman
Glenfiddich Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, second this Malt Master's Edition. Not counting finishes,...

Triple distilled at the Springbank distillery, a rare first edition available.
Springbank distillery is one of the last surviving producers of Campbeltown Single Malts. The distillery, located on the southern Kintyre peninsula, produces three distinct types of single malt Scotch whisky.
Springbank is one of only two distilleries in Scotland to perform every step in the whisky making process, from malting the barley to bottling the spirit, on same premises: the other is Kilchoman Distillery who also grow their own barley. While a few others still maintain the first step in the process, the malting of barley (which is becoming more rare), Springbank also bottles their own whisky.
Three variants of single malt are produced from its distillery by tweaking the production process at various stages;
Springbank Single Malt is the most popular variety, Longrow Single Malt is a highly-peated, double-distilled whisky and Hazelburn Single Malt, the newest variety.
Triple distilled at the Springbank distillery, Hazelburn's 12 year old unpeated single malt whisky is one of three malts produced at the distillery in Campbeltown.

On the most northerly shores of Scotland, where the North Sea meets the Caithness coast, there is a town; home to a whisky which captures the very essence of its location. This is Wick and we are Old Pulteney; the maritime malt.

Kurayoshi the foothills of Mt. Daisen, here has a fine water that is indispensable for whisky distilling. Kurayoshi, called that "Life is good" is the origin of the word, but the annual temperature range in the Sea of Japan side is large, and the aging of whisky also advances quickly compared to the actual situation like Islay Island.
It is no exaggeration to say that whiskey is made by barrel and the nature. Our distillery is not big, we have a small number of staff, however, we will continue to strive all the staff with the desire to deliver the best whisky.
