Inchgower 1998 Connoisseurs Choice

€300,00
Taxe inclu.

Inchgower 1998 – Connoisseurs Choice is an exceptional single malt selected and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail, Scotland’s most renowned independent bottler. Distilled in 1998, this expression captures Inchgower’s distinctive Speyside-meets-coastal style: fruity, slightly briny, rich in malt, and beautifully textured.
The Connoisseurs Choice series showcases individual casks or small batches, each chosen for character and quality. This release is a superb representation of Inchgower’s naturally spicy, robust spirit, elevated by decades of careful maturation.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Stewed orchard fruits, citrus peel, honey, coastal freshness, soft spice, and malty sweetness.

Palate: Rich and well-rounded with flavours of pear, apple compote, marmalade, vanilla, barley sugar, sea breeze salinity, and gentle oak spice. A lively yet elegant texture.

Finish: Long, warming, and subtly coastal with lingering citrus, malt, and peppery spice.
