Selected by renowned whisky and spirits expert Manuel Wouters and The Whisky Jury, this rare bottling comes from single cask number 45 and was bottled by Spring Spirits.
Tropical and Continental Maturation
What makes this release particularly fascinating is its maturation journey. The rum spent 12 years aging in Trinidad's tropical climate, where the intense heat accelerated interaction between spirit and oak. It then matured for an additional 11 years in the United Kingdom, allowing for a slower, more refined development.
