Brhum Fine Sugar Beet Spirit is thus made from Belgian sugar beet. Because we cannot grow sugar cane in Belgium, sugar beet is used. The result is a rather unique and very own taste. Brhum is stoked by Dada Chapel in Ghent. They respect all the rules of distillation and create a unique colourless rum from Belgian soil, a first. The rum rests for a while after distillation and is then bottled at 40%. A rather floral explosion of flavours. Brhum is distilled in a classic copper pot. The sugar beets are bought locally and harvested and processed by hand. Brhum Fine Sugar Beet is a new drink for which there is no real category. Original and Belgian.
