This marvellous single malt from Tomatin comes from their French Collection range. This sees its whisky finished in a selection of French wine and spirits casks. For example, this expression right here has been finished in ex-Rivesaltes wine casks. This gives the liquid zesty, fresh fruit notes and warming nutty notes with a complex lingering finish.
