Smooth and yet complex, it represents the spirit of Trois Rivieres taken to a very high level of mastery. Its dense, melded structure reveals a rich palette of aromas: apricot, ripe fruit, and hints of menthol and minerals. Its long finish leaves a pleasant spicy aftertaste.
