An Old Pulteney from 2004, exclusively bottled for the 20th anniversary of The Whisky Exchange. This Highland single malt, matured in a single ex-bourbon cask before it was bottled in 2019, has a fruity, spicy character with aromas of salt and pepper, soft fruit, royal icing, muscat grapes and spiced biscuit. The palate offers notes of creamy vanilla, candied lemon, biscuit, baroque sugar, liquorice and cinnamon baked apples.
