This collector's vintage marks with panache the entry of Trois Rivières rums into the third millennium. The nose of this 2000 vintage powerfully expresses aromas of ripe fruit, blond tobacco and precious wood. After airing, soft spicy nuances are revealed, dominated by grey pepper, cinnamon and cloves. Palate: On tasting, the Trois Rivières 2000 has a tonic, mineral and spicy structure. Finish: The finish of this agricultural rum shows a great aromatic richness, dominated by spicy fragrances and enhanced by fine notes of roasted wood and peppermint.
