Kappa Pisco is a Chilean distillate of white grapes. World famous as Pisco Sour, the classic aperitif made from Pisco, lime and whipped egg whites. In 2015, Kappa Pisco was named 'Best White Spirit in the World' by the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This is the largest, most influential, international competition in America, which meant the definitive breakthrough of Pisco.
